But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. (Exodus 21:23-25)

Since Hamas‘ attack[1] on Israel, the armed and humanitarian escalation as much as the Hostages’ Situation in the Gaza Strip[2] have been gradually worsening.
Most recently, global Pro-Palestinian Protests[3] have been on the rise in lockstep with Accusations against Israel to have commited several war crimes[4] in the meantime.
Alongside, Turkey’s[5] and Iran‘s[6] political bigwhigs have – either implicitly or explicitly – considered Hamas’ assault on Israel an Act of Self-Defence.
In lockstep, Proporters of Humanitarian and International Law[7] seem to have interpreted the armed Conflict as if the Rules to Playing Chess had been violated.
Correspondingly, the UN‘s Resolution[8] and US Foreign Minister Blinken’s intervention[9] have tacitly convicted Israel on their Military Action in terms of having accounted for a humanitarian Crisis and civil Casualties beyond necessity.
Now, what the hell’s been going on here – a reversal of Perpetrator and Victim having either been carried out unwittingly or on purpose?
OBJECTION | ANYONE, ANYONE?[10]
What do the following words mean to whom: Aggression[11] ... Self-Defence[12] – reactive[13] Retaliation[14] ... preemptive[15] Vengeance[16] ... reasonable[17] Retribution[18] – Operation[19] – Victim[20] ... Perpretrator[21] ... Culprit[22]?
To what extent, does the End justifies the Means from the Muslims‘[23] and Jews‘[24] diverging points of view in terms of collective Memory and History Record of their respective Persecution?
