On 10 October 1962, there appeared in No. 41 of this magazine an article entitled «Contingent Defense Readiness» (Bedingt abwehrbereit), which discussed the military situation of the Federal Republic and NATO as well as military and strategic problems and future plans. Based on the results of the NATO exercise «Fallex 62», the article came to the conclusion that under its present status, the Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) exhibited «contingent defense readiness», i.e., was not in all respects militarily prepared for an attack. The article heatedly objected to providing the Bundeswehr with nuclear weapons and, in opposition to the view of the former Federal Minister of Defense Strauß, advocated stronger deployment of traditional weapons. In so doing, it cited details relating not only to the course of the Fallex exercise and the current armaments status but also to the military planning of NATO and the Bundeswehr. In this context, the article also published pictures of new weapons. As is customary, the author of this article was not named. The masthead listed as responsible editor for the area of the Bundeswehr Conrad Ahlers, who is also Assistant Chief Editor. Now, there ’s neither been a need for bringing questions into question nor beating about the bush or perpertually pondering imaginary diplomatic dangers. Instead, The Lord should’ve perceived and interpreted The New Realities in terms of having taken serious action on Real Threats.

In lockstep, Russian Warlord Putin having aimed at restituting a New Soviet Empire[8] has brought back the Cold War[9] as much as he ‘s imposed the necessity on NATO[10], EU, their allies and new affiliates[11] by means of assuring their share in solidifying a Parity of Powers.

Restoring a USSR 2.0 on the historical unity of Russians and Ukrainians[12] bears on Vlad P.’s reactionary sentiment.

Undeniably, The Lord‘s continued downplaying of the Russo-Ukrainian Tug of War‘s Economics and Warfare, while upsetting the World with phantom limb pains on Taurus Supplies to the Ukraine can’t make any sense to a growing number of concerned individuals, including the author.
